I would have given a NEGATIVE 20 stars if the site would have let me!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!! 3/16/2017 @ 5:30 pm I spoke with female worker whom refuses to give her name or ID number. She gave out my personal loan information to a stranger on top of that I ask for my loan information she refused to provide me with charges incurred on my account. She was NO HELP!! She likes to argue and hang up. Never did I get my answer. The worker told me "We, Gentry Credit don't need your thousand dollar loan and your not putting us in debt!!" and hung up. I call back and she just kept talking over me and calling me stupid. I ask her I need this information so YOU all could stop call me 3 times a day also writing letters every day. She didn't stop to listen. of course she hangs up! I call back and she hangs up without answering the call.
