Terrible branch. Waits are always long and the system always seem to be "down." Try another bank.

I've used both Wells Fargo and America First for over 7 years with Wells Fargo being our primary bank and it's been interesting to see how both institutions have changed. Wells Fargo keeps adding random fees just for the privilege of banking with them while AF keeps improving their services and terms. I recently spoke with Wells Fargo to let them know that we had another arbitrary fee come up. They were happy to remove it, but when I asked if they could just do something so that I didn't get any fees moving forward, they weren't able to help. I'm sure it's nothing personal, and they want to help, but it was the straw that made me decide that we'll be moving our account primarily to America First.
