BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a lawnmower from Cash N More Pawn and after ONE day it has completely fallen apart. And I don't mean figuratively, I mean LITERALLY. Three wheels and the push bar fell off the mower at the same time while I was mowing the yard. And it wasn't like I was mowing a hilly 40 acres. I was mowing a completely flat, little sliver of a backyard. I called and spoke to the owner Brandi and she told me there was no extended warranty on mowers. There was never any mention of that when the mower was purchased. I explained that I had just bought the mower yesterday. She didn't care. Now I'm stuck with a broken mower, a half mowed yard, and I'm out $50. I guess they'll take any broken piece of junk off the street. So I'm livid at this point. I called The Texas Association of Pawnbrokers, The National Pawnbrokers Association (both of which they're a member, but probably not for long), and The Better Business Bureau to report their fraudulent and unethical business practices. Peggy at The Texas Association of Pawnbrokers was very nice and very livid after I had emailed her the pictures of the mower as well as the "receipt". I use receipt loosely because what business in 2017 has generic, handwritten receipts for high dollar purchases? Makes absolutely zero sense. So she immediately took my complaint seriously, unlike Brandi, and directly emailed the board with the information. So in conclusion; if you're a junkie in need of a fix and have no money, just take whatever broken item you have laying around and they'll be sure to take it off your hands. If you're a hardworking person who is looking for quality items to buy; RUN! Do not buy anything from them. I honestly don't know how Brandi and Michael Morrison sleep at night, I in good conscience couldn't. I can only think that they don't have one. Either that or they have a really comfortable and expensive mattress that they have bought with ripping people off. Edit: As you can see from the response of the owner, they still can't and won't accept responsibility for their shoddy products. And now I see that they just let anyone related to them use products that are for sale for their own benefit. Completely irresponsible. I'll be sending this reply back to Peggy that is with The Texas Association of Pawnbrokers. Since now I see that they are lying to the public. None of what they said is true of the purchasing process. And I recorded that conversation with your wife, so I know what was said. So much lying going on. Shame on you Michael Morrison.
