I have an account through the bank and have been a member for a year. I applied for a loan. Don't have the best credit, but the loan was to get my son something for Christmas this year. It's the first year in going to have him on Christmas in four years. I was declined for the loan and after being told I was declined when I asked if there was any other options that I could try, the representative I was speaking to got extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. Definitely not satisfied with my service experience.

My family, and I have been banking with FNB for over 20 years. We wouldn't trust our money, anywhere else. When we need financial advise, or loans we always get treated like family. It's wonderful to be called by your first name, from each employee at the bank. You are treated with respect each time you enter the main branch. You are not just a number, or a customer, you are considered family at FNB. No big bank, will ever consider my banking matters as important, as FNB has for my family and business. Everyone has their opinions, but coming from a small business owner, and an actual customer whom has been banking with this community bank for this long I would not be stating something that was not true. FNB does in fact lives up to their Mission statement that "First National Bank Weatherford has helped neighbors build strong families, homes and businesses." My family, and my business sure thanks our FNB family for helping us out each time we needed them! From my family, to yours we recommend this bank for all your banking needs.

The drive thru bank is better now that they've added & trained new people... before it was AWFUL! The inside is about the same. There's only ever 2-3 tellers available at one time in a bank where 6-7 tellers spots should be filled. Most of them are very polite & good @ their job... but there is one that I refuse to use/wait in line for. I never cared to learn her name bc she was so intolerable. Years ago I waited in her line, asked for a money order, didn't hear what she said bc she's a mumbler... & she literally rolled her eyes @ me! A grown woman! She was extremely rude & catty the entire time.. Sorry I asked you to do your job, lady... But since then I've refused to wait in her line. I'll wait all day for someone else before I ever work with this woman. I'm not sure of her name but she's heavy set, very dumpy with short very light brown/dirty blonde hair with a very bored "I've given up on life" face. She's extemely rude & has been working there for YEARS. C'mon, first national! Put your customers first! If you know a teller is so intolerable that your customers refuse her help... do something about it! Don't just promote her
