We have a large balance on our checking account here. It's a personal account. We had a mildly complicated situation and the manger couldn't even be bothered to come out and speak to us. She made another poor guy act like her flying monkey and run back and forth. If a customer has a question that only the manager can answer then she or he needs to get off their butt and SPEAK TO THEIR CUSTOMER!

I had an issue with the new ATM installed inside at the Branch Office in Waxahachie. The service center on the telephone were not very helpful and told me it would be seven days to be resolved. I went to the branch in person and Scott Kramer resolved the issue in 30 minutes not 7 days! Thank you Mr. Kramer. I am a happy Wells Fargo customer.

Drive through is so slow. I come through here on my lunch breaks at least twice a week to make cash deposits and spend at least 8-20 minutes each time.

Nice people inside,although Wells Fargo doesn't tell you absolutely everything your suppose to know,until after you get some charges..Just hate going thru any of there drive thrus***Anywhere**they are way too too slow..really considering in switching banks...

This location is great, friendly staff, low wait times, good service. The company, however, was charging me $20/mo just to bank there, total ripoff. We switched banks.
