If you are looking for a company with a solid reputation to handle your possible mortgage loan ... this is it and here's why: I never knew of/heard of Gateway Loan before my father fell and is now brain damaged. My mom has Alzheimer's and suddenly I was put in charge of all their fiances, bills, medical issues. Not only is it worrisome to be responsible for their monies because I want to make the best decisions possible for my parents but ... I ran into roadblock after roadblock. I don't have the proper power of attorney, I don't have the right numbers or information ... it has been a nightmare. I had to close my father's bank account and start over, only to discover new roadblocks.
