I tried to reach Ryan Smith today. If he did not want to speak with me he should have told his assistant Katie that. Instead they let me sit on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me. When I called back another lady answer the phone and started asking more questions. That is extremely unprofessional and I would never do business with this company after that. Just say I don't want to talk. Thank You!

Extremely horrible customer service, very inconsiderate people, if needs be let this be your very very very last choice to do any bank and very horrible place and people.
