Chase Bank in Watauga, TX

Drive up service extremely slow. The last two times I try to use the drive up service, it took 15 minutes just to get to the window and there was only one car in front of me. As a business I can't afford these kinds of delays. Three times now I've had to just back up and leave.

Bad customer service and always slow at drive up

Their service is horrible we're considering changing banks. We waiting for 30 minutes because they only had one personal banker while two other bankers behind the counter did nothing. Finally was our turn took five minutes for notary then when we asked after if he fax something for our real estate business he wouldn't because we weren't refinancing one of our homes with them. The gentleman that helped us Fransisco was rude. We keep hundreds of thousands with this bank and couldn't even get something faxed after a 30 minute wait. They clearly don't care about pleasing their customers. I worked for Wells Fargo before and we always went out our way to make sure a customer has a great experience and never waited more than a few minutes to be helped. So what if it's not something related it's just a few minutes out your day to fax I believe that's worth the wait. Shame on Chase because all of their branches are like this.
