Dealer was excellent! Granddaughter, in college, was rear ended in her 2007 Toyota Prius between two vehicles. As retired Grandparents, we embarked to find her a replacement while she drove our 2014 Prius. She knew the amount she would be receiving when we went looking but had not yet received her money. We had 60% of the money up front and the dealer worked with us on waiting on the balance from her insurance settlement which she had to deposit (account with no checks) and then transfer the funds to our account. We had looked all over and found our best deal and service here. All other comparable Prius's elsewhere were at least $1,000 to $2,000 higher and all 'As Is' and not nearly as good as the one we got her. FYI car had been reduced $2,000 and did have the low tire pressure light lit so we knew off the get go that there was one needed repair. Repair to TPMS $260. Car had 183,000 miles (nothing on a Prius!) and is a 2010 with complete bells and whistles, just missing leather seats which was an across the board better replacement for her 2007 which had more miles when purchased than this one has. We had to replace the 12V starter battery in three days, $328, but here again due to pricing this was not a big deal. Did learn, good to know for our 2014 Prius, that the TPMS and the 12V starter battery tend to go after 5-6 years and/or $150,000 miles and should be noted that the starter battery on all Prius's go out suddenly with no warning so we will definitely be looking at this on our 2014 Prius when it gets to the 6 year / 150,000 mile mark to do a precautionary replacement! Would recommend his dealer as honest, fair and willing to work with their customers in a reasonable manner.
