Do NOT use this store for any reason! Last tax season, we went to cash our income tax check, and the lady at the counter told my husband to 'hurry up'. Before she told us the amount they were going to charge for the refund cashing, she already processed it and stamped it about a thousand times, then just handed us our money and receipt. Didn't count it or anything. So we counted it at the counter, and she was huffing and puffing at us the whole time! We read the receipt and they charged us $80! It was only a check for like $1200. I will NEVER go back here. Go to HEB if you have one of the Netspend cards, its free to load it. HEB and Walmart cash your refund checks for free....I will NEVER be found in Ace again. I wish I would've gotten her name!

Bruhhh these people garbage not actually the people in the stores but the store itself their system isn't reliable it falls dead every month meaning you cant receive a loan only or pay with a card machines are always down along with phones idk about yall but theres no way in hell Im giving or really doing any kind of business with them if the computers dont work considering that is how money gets transfered
