A very personal bank wether your from Vidor or not. The staff is well trained and really knows they'er stuff. Makes things so much easier when you have questions.

Made the MISTAKE if using their ATM to make a deposit, when I called to find out WHY IT HAD NOT BE CREDITED, was told they only pull deposits two times a week and then it still takes them an additional 24 hrs to credit. OMG GET WITH THE TIMES
