I moved down here from another credit union and thought I would have a the same great experience. NO! Where do I start? Card declines when there are more than enough funds in both accounts also, to move over your own money they charge a fee of 4.00. No way for you to do a deposit at the atm, fyi some people do work during your banking hours and are unable to get to the bank. OVER IT and MOVING BANKS

Switched to UHCU after nothing but headaches with Southside Bank. Couldn't be happier.

I enjoy banking here I love the way they treat me! It's always a good experience.

Most frustrating experience I've ever had financing my vehicle. I was told they would auto draft my car note, provided them with all my info twice because they "lost" my information the first time and then acted like the conversation never took place. I had to dig through emails to prove it. They forgot to take my payment out in January and then charged me late fees and I was getting harassed with collections calls. They took care of it by charging me twice in February and back dated the payment and said it would not happen again and it is all taken care of. Welp March comes around and they forget AGAIN! So I'm being harassed with phone calls again and have them calling me at work. They told me I needed to make an online account (which they told me they didn't that option before) and try giving me a temporary password to set it up. Not one of the two passwords they gave me worked so an account setup was unsuccessful. I have been back and forth on the phone with them several times today causing me to take time out of work. It is so unorthodox and frustrating. RUN from this CU!!!
