Capital One Bank in Tyler, TX

Since Capitol One has closed so many locations, it has become inconvenient to always have to drive to south Broadway in Tyler, Further more last Friday I went to this location a male teller took my payment and said it would be a moment, left the window for about 15 minutes, a women returned and asked me if I wanted to make a payment on my card she was holding that there computers were down, i was told I could also make a deposit in my checking account at the atm due to their computers being down but the line due to this problem was to long for the time I had, I ask her just to give me back my card payment, I recently opened a account at south-side bank and would deposit my money there and make my card payment with my south-side bank card. I did not appreciate the service at capitol one or the wasted time and feel it is not getting better since the closings at the other 4 locations.
