Waste of time around ten am today I asked to open another credit card the guy up front told me he would get help as I sat down. He then greeted a man started doing something else never telling me who can serve me. I watched as the custoner walked in then saw the customer walk into a room easily served pulling out credit cards being served. I walked out. I plan to go a professional Bank of America today that I know in south lake.

I've been going to this bank for 7 years, for a whole range of services. They always greet you when you come in, see what you need, and direct you to the right person. Everyone I've worked with there was extremely courteous and professional! I've never had any reason to go to a different bank.
