I really enjoyed working with Steve. Steve was available all day and night to answer questions. He even took the time to talk to me about what and where to look online to get an idea of how the rates fluctuate. I never felt like there was any pressure and he was very open and honest about every step in the process. This was very appreciated to me as a first-time home buyer.

I personally had the pleasure of working with with Steven and his team at Triumph Lending for my new home! The entire experience exceeded my expectations as well as eliminate all the unnecessary "worries" a home owner would come across when purchasing a property. Triumph Lending provided me with multiple updates EVERY week during the entire process to ensure I had the best rates possible. Truly this company and team are above the rest without a doubt!

Steve is hard working, helpful and very prompt in answering my questions/ concerns even on weekends. There was no hassle of signing hard copies, scanning and emailing them back. Everything is automated and all I have to do was log into my account to review docs and sign/ submit with the click of a button. Anyone who has the opinion that Loan Closing is a complex process will change their mind after working with Steve. I highly recommend Steve for those who want to avoid all the hassles with the closing process.

My experience with Steven Castaneda (Network Funding) was beyond exceptional, I could not be more pleased! I was referred to Steve through a friend who worked with him to buy her first home. She had nothing but positive things to say about him and how much he helped her through the first time home buying process. Since this would be my first time purchasing a home, I knew I would need all the help and guidance I could get.
