Never going back to the Ace in Tomball. I happen to work for a loan company myself, and know quite a bit about how the whole process works. I took out a small loan with them, refinanced twice then they told me I HAVE to pay it off my next payday. That's bullshit. Then, i paid it off and wanted to reloan with them and got mysteriously denied (when my income had increased and I had existing loan history with them). No one there seems to be reliable or even know how the whole process works. They're contradicting and not a reliable financial source. Id definitely referr another loan company. And on top of that they couldn't even give me a reason for why I got denied after paying off. Wasted way too much valuable money and time for that kind of an experience.
