I definitely do agree that Customer Service here is not what it used to be, before they started expanding their service area. Seems like AFCU is right up there with Bank Of America and the likes, when it comes to fees and service charges. The loan department isn't the same since Ann Lambousie left. That being said, in the last 4-5 years, I personally have not had any major problems that were not resolved in a reasonable manner.

Ive been with AMOCO for 5years now. I can honestly say I have nothing but greatness coming from this bank. I travel from state to state and I never have any problems getting what I need.
