Advance America in Texas City, TX

The ladies that work there are extremely rude and I really didn't appreciate them speaking spanish in front of me while I inquiring about getting a loan. It took me almost two hours to get a title loan and when I did leave I was asked to come back because they hadn't gotten me to sign all the paperwork. I was also told that since I borrowed such a small amount that I could come back at any time and get more cash,. I just called to do that and was very rudely told that they never told me that and that was after I had to pull out my paperwork since they couldn't find my account at all. I will be paying off this title loan as soon as possible and will never do business with Advance America title loan in Texas City ever again. I will be telling my friends and family the same.
