Lines for costumer service are super long,(no tellers inside) finally speaking with another person, super rude attitude! Trying to open a new account with no succeed, lady told me with her attitude " don't like it , go somewhere else to bank" I walked

Just got a notice in the mail that Texar is confiscating 20% of my savings account due to inactivity. Tomorrow, I'll have to go down there and show them some ACTIVITY!!
