the first thing this company will tell you is that you can "trust" them. i can assure you thats not the case. i received a loan or my vehicle. after losing my job i missed two payments. instead of working with me to make up my payments, Donna, (the manager) harrassed me every day leaving rude voicemails. they came and repoed my vehicle....when i went to make the payment on my vehicle and pick it up ( on a monday) i learn that the friday befor my vehicle was broken into on the repo lot and over $2000 worth of screens and system equipment was stolen out of my vehicle. the loan people learned of this on friday but never called to tell me about this. if i wouldnt have went in monday to make a payment i might have never known what had happened to my car. when i went to texas title and loan in terrell to get a condition report on my vehicle faxed over from the auction. when i received the condition report it went on to show that the under carriage of my car had been torn up, tires were on flat, the doors wouldnt shut, and my touch screen radio, two screens in my visor, and screen in the roof were missing. the woman at the auction told Donna i could have a copy of the condition report but yet she REFUSED me a copy and wqas extremly rude and demanded me my husband and our 7 year old daughter leave her store. she didnt want to asist in helping us retrieve with the missing items of our vehicle because they were clearly in the wrong. they never notified me of the damage done to my vehicle nor were the police notified. Donna was the rudest woman i have ever encounted in customer service and i will be sure to warn my friends and family to not use this loan service. they are only in the business to rip people off instead of build a good clientel.

I still have a loan out for this company. They are a complete Rip Off! They are the kind of company that wants you to lose your car. Last month I paid a $500 and I still owe the same amount that I owed before. They charge you the same amount every month but you have to pay the whole loan in full before they stop charging you finance charges. They fail to explain the process clearly though. Just a warning to anyone that is thinking of using them, They are ridiculous! They call you two weeks before your payment is due as a "reminder." I would not recommend this company to anyone.
