The girls working their we're not fair on price. I had never pawned or sold anything at a pawn shop before and the girls working made me feel stupid because I had no idea how it worked or how they got their price on things. She said we give you half of what we sell it for. Then proceeds to tell me they would sell my product for $100 and offered me $30. I am no math wiz but I'm pretty sure that's not half so I left.

I called in to inquire about a ballpark figure for the items I was selling. I told the lady "Nancy," on the phone everything I had and what I was trying to get for it. She told me without hesitation there would be no problem. They could definitely give me the amount I was asking for. When I get there, they check everything out and verify it is all working properly and it is what I said. After this, they ask how much I'm looking to get and I inform them the same price I did over the phone. They tell me they can't do that and offer me half as much. I explain to a manager what happened and she says they will not give me that price and tells me again they will only give me half as much. Very dissatisfied. Will never do business with.

I've never been treated so rude. The lady pointed her finger at me to silence me, then cocked an attitude before the crap ass manager came out to ridicule me. This is not a place of business, I work in customer service and that's not how you treat people. One thing is for sure, I will be reporting these people to the BBB. How can you not refund someone their money back, when I didn't need the item anyways. Disrespectful, rude, degrading, overall I'm very dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and go to first cash pawn off the loop, at least they're nice.

Was the worst experience ever Very rude people working at this location. No one spoke upon entering store,im sure there is a camera to verify, store is dirty looking now,yep went to this location when first open was great people there also. I will be a voice for the people I know to never go Cash Pawn. First pawn off the loop is a really nice store,with great people who have great customer service skills!!

Good place to go for a good screwing!! I bought a drill Saturday for $20.00 went home charged it and it didn't work.I live out of town thirty miles away so I take it back Monday after work and they wouldn't give me an exchange or nothing they said I didn't buy the guarantee that it would work insurance I said u should have tested it before u put it on the shelf! I had 24 hours to bring it back well I wasn't going to spend 20 in gas to get 20 i told them they can just keep the damn drill they need the money to buy there crack!!!
