Covington Credit in Sulphur Springs, TX

Worst experience ever! My father took out a $600 loan and has never missed a payment. He goes in and pays personally and the last 2 times the employees have upset him greatly. Before those last 2 times he would just go in tell them his name and pay them. However now they have made him go through multiple personal questions just to make a loan payment. Today was the last straw, after answering the personal question once again. My father asked why they needed the information and the employees became very rude. He only has a couple of payments left and then he will never do business with them again. I just wanted to put his experiences out there for people to see. If Covington Credit will treat a good customer (who has never missed or been late on a payment) in this manner than they are not a company that I would recommend anyone dealing with.

Have done business with them for years now and have NEVER had a bad experience great respectful people and usually willing to work with you at times if you need a day or 2 for your paycheck to come in
