Not a fan of all these fees they have. Its sad their fees take up a whole sheet :( tons of credit unions and online banking out there now that can offer better rates with less fees and quicker online access to move funds around.

Pros: - The people. Azeem, my loan officer, was kind, thorough in his explanations and always available. Approach-ability is key for a first time home-buyer. I had a million questions and Azeem was always happy to explain. - Flexible. You're in the home buying process together. Your problem and obstacle is theirs. If you request them to find a solution, they will come through. - Fantastic rates. I spoke to seven other lending institutions. Nizari's fees were marginally higher -- but the rates were rock-bottom. I ended up saving a lot more in the long run. Cons: - Sometimes it takes time to buy your home. But as a buyer, if I'm going to save thousands in the long run due to the low rates, I don't mind the time it takes. - Wish there was a location near downtown for people on the North and South side of the city. I'd bank with them more regularly.
