Home USA is an excellent mortgage company. They do a great job of explaining each step of the loan process to you, and the application and supporting document submission is conveniently online. After a confusing loan process and denial from a different company, Home USA was a breath of fresh air.

Their rates are higher than average and the vibe of the brokers makes you feel like you are dealing with a used car sales man. Colonial National was a much better fit for me.
