BBVA Compass in Sugar Land, TX

From day one I have not been impressed. Very unprofessional. First, they managed to loose $1,500 of my money (how do you loose a customers money??) for two weeks after I deposited at this branch. Every time I called to have them fix the issue, or check up as to WHY the issue had not already been resolved...they said they would "call me back". Every single time I got no call back. At any BBVA branch or general 1800 customer service number. I actually had someone tell me "we don't really know whats going on". Finally after two weeks it showed up in my account. Second, after a few more things happened that I wasn't impressed with, I decided to switch over somewhere else. (Haven't been happier) I have consistently been ignored, and treated without respect. The hours are my exact work hours so I can rarely go into a branch. They seem to be incompetent on the phone and I have been repeatedly shut down and told I'll have "someone" call me back later. Lastly, as well as their lack of phone skills I never seem to get anywhere unless I'm talking to a manager. I have asked to close my account, shut it down, anything to stop all of the unnecessary fees they rack up and they only seem to know how to say "I'm sorry you'll have to come into the branch or wait until the manager calls back"...only I can not because of the hours, and what manager? the have YET to call me back. I wish there was a zero star. They have lost my business and I will never recommend.

The staff here are very professional and always accommodate my business needs. In and out in 5 to 10 mins.
