I'VE BEEN BANKING WITH BANK OF TEXAS FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUSINESS AND PERSONAL. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!! I LOVE THE FACT I CAN CASH IN MY ATM RECEIPTS!! SO YASSS IT'S A FIVE STAR BANK!!!!

I've had major issues getting simple documentation from this bank. It seems that every time I go in for something, there is a reason or excuse as to why they cannot process the request. Along with a serious lack of communication, the bank just hasn't done much to keep my business. I would look elsewhere for my banking needs.
