Needs more rc truck supply's never has what I need. Always says they can order but then I can do it myself

Extremely bad service, no respect on a paying customer looking for a good or fair product.. Had no sense of what they had for sale or had in the store and the worth of the products. They just wanted money and lots of Lying allot on products they had and I get to the BUSINESS, they said they did not have any of a sort of that kind of the products 3 times I dealt with this.. Really Very expensive, and bad quality in motivation to help any one but who was name brand that they new.

I have been doing business with South Loop Pawn & Hobby Shop for some time now. Mostly I buy hobby stuff but occasionally I buy used tools. James has always been straight forward and honest with me. Most of the items that I have purchased have been priced as good or better than what I get over the internet. I recently purchased an Estes Proto X (quad copter) and I was not able to fly it. James offered a full refund but then he showed me how to fly it and I decided to keep it. For such a small shop there is an excellent selection of model aircraft. James is very knowledgeable on RC and has been very helpful as I am just getting into it again after several years.

I Drove an hour and 9 minutes just to get RC parts and I was really happy with what stuff they had for Associated and Traxxas ,Jared was really nice!!!!!!,good people. .....
