Bank of America Financial Center in Stephenville, TX

Horrible place. Sat in drive thru for 30 min for then to cash a check.

This location (lobby and drive-thru) has terrible and inconvenient hours. The only ATM is at the drive-thru, and it is literally shut down or out of order 50% of the time I've tried to use it.

We have a small car lot in Stephenville. We had a customer come in that wanted to buy a pickup, put about 35% down and get it financed at Bank of America. The powers that be informed us that BOA did not want the business of a small car dealer, they only wanted to deal with large car dealers. The deal is they wouldn't be dealing with us they would be dealing with their customer. They would not give us a reason for this other than it is their policy. That led to me coming to my own conclusions as to why. Are they trying to drive business to one of their big car dealer customers and by doing so put small business people out so the "big boys" can get even richer. Is dealing with small people beneath them? Do they have something personal against us? Since I have never had any dealings with them before I can't see that being the reason. Maybe they should have stayed in New York or where ever they came from, because it is obvious they don't want any business from people that aren't in their economic class.
