Great customer service! They discussed other services and options available and helped set them up if you have time. My only complaint was no literature available to read about what types of acct you have. I was shown from their copy I'm guessing. I prefer to read when I get home.

Came to bank to get replacement card sign in didnt get greet. I set down for 15min. I asked what time banker come in she said 30 min. Talk about poor customer service. Never will come here again.
