Regions Bank in Spring, TX

Wouldn't recommend anyone this bank, all I can say

Bunch of crooks! When I first opened an account, I was told by the personal banker that they do not issue an ATM card for a Savings Account. Only for checking account. I called the corporate office and was told that it is not true and an ATM card was sent in the mail for me. A few weeks later, I deposited $300.00 and the bank teller told me that I only have $260.00 after she counted my money behind and under the counter where I could not see it! She then counted my money in front of me on the counter to cover up the fact that she took $40.00! This bank gave new meaning to the term "Highway Robbery"! I decided to close my account and never do business with these kind of dishonest people.

I have been with Regions for over 10 years. The best customer service and attention to detail, better than any of the bigger banks. The staff at this location is especially helpful and professional.
