BB&T in Spring, TX

This bank is the worst of the worst I've ever used which is probably why I closed my account after moving here from South Carolina. I decided to just give it yet another try, which I should have known better. At this point due to the stupid atm policies and wrong done by the bank my account is in the negative and I've decided it will stay that way because I refuse to add one more dollar into this bank. They can send me to collections or wherever I can promise BBT will never get another cent from me nor will I ever open another account with them....IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BANK STAY AWAY FROM BBT!!!!!

Since moving to the area I have frequented this location and had only positive experiences. Both times I worked with Kenyada. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service is exceptional.
