Capital One Bank in Schertz, TX

The service on Saturdays is pretty good, but every time I've gone during the week I've had a terrible time. My most recent weekday visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at any business in recent memory. Chase is right across the street. Go there.

Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. There are a lot more better banking services available in the area. Branch manager very unhelpful as well. I recommend Bank of America or even Chase. I only had account open for short time!

Great branch. Manager is attentive. Staff is atune to all products. Even helped me setup on line banking for business acct.

Me:Hey Chase, and capital one, can I transfer my accounts please? Chase: Transfer, DONE. Capital One: We found some paperwork, but we CAN"T do what it says. We sent you a message on our website. Good luck locating that. Me: yeah you have like 42 Logins, i'm super confused where that message is. Crapital One: our website is awesome. Customers love 42 logins. Me:Ok, I finally found it. I think i fixed it can you transfer it now? Capital ONe: No now we have a Cash problem. ME:I have plenty of CASH in several different accounts. PICK ONE Capital one: That cash is in the WRONG account. Me: Can you move the cash for me please? Crapital one:NOPE Me: Do I have ANY choices? Crapital One: No, we just like to delay this as long as possible. Me: That's Super ANNOYING and WRONG. Crapital one: shoulda read the fine print BOY Me: :(

The girls at the branch do not know the system well. There is never a manager available whenever they do get a manager they don't last long. The notary they do have will only come by once in awhile and it is by appointment only and he will only notarize Capital One documents this is the first bank that has ever not notarize something for me I have to go to a bank down the road which has always been more than happy to help me I am seriously considering switching now to a bank that can service all my needs
