Love them best thing I did was leaving Texas First Bank to come to ACU.

Horrible service!!! ONLINE - When I need it, it never works ON THE PHONE - My local ACU location never answers the phone. It rings & rings...never gets picked up or transferred. And, it's been that way for some time. The 800 number usually requires me to wait 5 min or more. AT THE LOCATION - The drive-thru ALWAYS takes 7 - 10 min just to make a deposit. I'm looking for a different CU!!

I love this credit union. I have a personal loan with them and the rate is low. Whenever I need to talk to someone I go to their website and chat with a representative immediately. I've never had an issue.
