IBC Bank in San Marcos, TX

They're okay. They get the job done!

If I could rate any lower than 1 star then I would. Terrible customer service at the San Marcos branch. They have no clue what is going on and will only transfer you to various tellers and not ever answer your questions. Apparently the banks system and the online banking do not sync with each other. I have had a pending amount on my account for over two weeks, which i see online, yet they do not see it on their end. I was told by the teller that "It is not the banks problem that they don't see the same thing you see online". Closing this bank account ASAP!!

Can you give less than a star? I hate this bank location so much that after many years of being with ibc I can't wait to change to another bank. Most of the employees are SLOW, RUDE and can BARELY do their jobs.

Worst bank in San Marcos. Apparently they have different policies than any other IBC branch, customer service is non existing and you can't make a withdrawal from your account through the drive thru.... wtf!! Avoid it at all costs, I prefer to drive to the IBC in Austin SPM people are great there...
