Bank of America Financial Center in San Marcos, TX

First and foremost, If you're in any kind of rush.... DO NOT COME HERE. 9/10 there's only one teller working, and if you're lucky maybe two but don't count on it because that second teller is probably focused on the drive tru. On top of that, it always seems as if one of their atms are broken at least once or twice a month during the school year causing long lines that can get pretty annoying. I've been to many BOAs between Houston, Austin and San Antonio and this one is by far the worst one I've gone to. You would think after four year of being in San Marcos that they would improve but that's the complete opposite. The fact that this is the only Bank Of America in San Marcos sucks!

I don't like banks in general but BoA takes it to another level.. Worst business hours ever.. only open 9-4 (when most people work) during the week and then on the weekend, where most people are off, you're only open one day for for 4 hours. Ridiculous.

I had great customer service here! The clerks are very helpful and they do their best to work with you. I was very satisfied with my experience and it is good to know that the Bank of America in San Marcos cares for it's clients/customers. They helped me when it was past 4pm and made sure everything I came in for was taken care of. I wasn't expecting such a positive experience, so I'm definitely glad I came in!

The wait at this bank location is terrible!!! Plan on an hour. Offer for your schedule if plan on coming here. Horrible service.
