DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS!!! They are completely unprofessional, can't comprehend or execute simple business actions, and dont communicate internally. I called in several times to request an address change on my account and still for months they sent statements to the wrong address. When I would receive a call from one representative and relay a message to them the very next day another representative would call me and ask me the exact same question. And the most ATROCIOUS offense was when they had received my check for a payment but were so backwards that they didn't process it to my account correctly CAME TO MY HOUSE and left me a rather DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, and THREATENING letter, all because they made a mistake. They are a continuous headache and should NOT be in business. I would recommend to anyone to STAY FAR AWAY from them.I rarely review companies on the web but I felt it was necessary to warn others because of the horrible experience I had with them.
