I SEND MY PAYMENTS IN TO PAY MY PRINCIPAL BALANCE OFF AND THEY APPLY IT TO OTHER FEES, THEY WILL NOT TALK ON THE PHONE. AVOID AVOID AVOID.......... ASIDE FROM THIS FRAUD, THEY CHARGE ALMOST $1,500 TO PAY OFF WHATEVER BALANCE OF TAXES YOU HAVE. TRUST ME, YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING ON A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THE CITY TREASURER FOR YOUR TAXES. ALERTA , NO LES TENGA CONFIANZA A ESTA GENTE... SON FRAUDES !!!!! ROBAN SU DINERO .... MEJOR QUE SE PONGAN EN PLAN DE PAGO CON LA CIUDAD DE SUS TAXES.. This people are only out to.get your money. It a never ending story with.these stupid good for nothing company. Please whatever you do don't trust this people or company. They will just take your money away. And add all kinds of free. It's better if you just go to your city or law Offices n make the talents with them.They will treat you better n make better arrargments. Believe me. I just finish paying mine off. And it cost me a lot of money. More.then I owed. Fraud , Fraud. Fraud.

My property was foreclosed on August 2, 2016 and was sold on August 2, 2016. That seems a little suspicious! I knew I was behind on my payments because I was going through some depression because of some life changing event that happened. I never got any true contact from Propel letting me know that I was going to lose my property. I just want to let Propel and our law makers know that what they took from me was not just a house and a piece of land, it was my home, my family's home. I have lived here for more than 30 years and raised six children, two of which are still with me. THANKS PROPEL AND POLITICIANS MY DEATH IS IN YOUR HANDS! !!!

Started out great, made payments online or over phone, then they announced the only way to pay is by automatic deductions from my bank account. Is this legal? Impossible to contact them by phone. Recording says leave # & someone will call back. I've been trying for almost a month and can't get tgrough. No one is calling me back. I'm contacting the Texas state attorney general & Better Business Bureau.

Helped me out when I needed it and was able to assist when I needed other items, too. Always going in researching and knowing what you are getting into. It costs you to have a company like this help, but sometimes things come up and it's all you got... * They are very quick to get your tax paid off *Lien transfers to county into their name in a matter of days *You CAN NOT pay any other way than by check. They took away the debit/check, phone and online payments in November of 2016. You have to MAIL every single payment. Lost a star here... *They are not consistent with billing statements. Some months I would get one, most I did not. And they always came approximately 18 days after your payment is due. So, you end up with a late fee if you forget. So keep on top of it. Lost 1/2 star here.... *Not the best at responding on the phone if calling in regards to anything other than having them pay your taxes. Lost 1/2 star here *Email response's are so-so. Sometimes quick, sometimes not *They helped me tremendously with getting a ROL when I needed quickly to the county office. Although they helped me out, I hope to NEVER use them or any other service like this again. Escrowed my taxes and it feels good....
