Was falsely charged $400. They wouldn't even dispute the charge. Called and said there was nothing they can do. They wouldn't so much as lift a finger to help.

They don't answer their phones after 2 minutes. I'm too busy to be waiting on the phone for half an hour or more.

Went in to renew an auto loan that had aready been aproved twice and they said they couldn't do it that day then they said to wait and they would try after 3 hours of waiting they finally said that we would have to wait till the next day. We went to RBFCU and it only took 20 minutes to be approved. Firstmark service has really gone down hill.

Went in to inquire bout a possible compromised card...Ms Yolanda took her time to carefully review my acct finally finding the exact time and place...this premiere service was given regardless it being 10 minutes before the lobby closed .thnx
