This office for those of you Out there looking for a GREAT PLACE to do Business. Look no further THEN this location. The Manager that's here is one of the Nicest person's you will EVER MEET. I have been doing business with this office for about 2 years now...best choice I have ever made by FAR!!! THE office staff is fantastic, not one single bad issue as ever happened to me. WANT A GREAT PLACE TO FIND A LOAN AND DUE BUSINESS...COME HERE!!! FROM A GREATFUL CUSTOMER!!!

Attention Atlas, I walked in to make a payment for my mom. I was very impressed with the customer service. Celeste was the contact person and she did an awesome job. When I walk in to a business the first thing I look for is eye contact. Not to mention her personality made me want to come back. Jackie was also very helpful, awesome smile. Keep up the great work. I have been doing business with Atlas Credit for years and I enjoy dealing with this loan company, they keep me up to date on when my payments are due and they are understandable about if i have to wait to send in my payment. The employees and manager are really nice people and keep me up to date on if i have renewals available. I also really enjoy how the place smells it has a good scent when you walk in and that makes me feel good its a well clean and put together loan business. The only thing i really do believe they could use is the automated pay system where you can pay your loans over the phone because I have a very busy schedule so I can't always come to the office to make my payments and sometimes it becomes a hassle to send it through the mail. So if Atlas could have over the phone payment available that would be very much appreciated :)

I was told I was approved over the phone by two different reps (on two different weeks. Once by Jackie and another by Christie). I arrived with my documents to start my loan and the manager couldn't find my folder. I waited for her to reprint everything. The manager (I didn't pay attention to her name) said she couldn't approve me. I told her twice I was called with approvals and the day before I had called to ask what I need to bring in. I'm not sure how dysfunctional this business is where they can't seem to get information correct.

Absolutely love them. I had surgery unexpected and caused financial turmoil in my life. They have really worked with me and I'm beyond grateful. I can't really speak so Yuli texts me. Just a great place to do business. Always friendly and professional.
