I used Mark Jones for my home origional home purchase years ago and recently for my refinance and both time the service was absolutely stellar.

We worked with a loan officer Robert R. was very easy to work with. He was thorough and very professional. We have high expectations and he exceeded what we wanted. Documents were processed and reviewed in a timely manner. When questions occurred he has always responded quickly. This was a wonderful experience for myself and my wife. He has a can do attitude and at times seemed more excited then we were getting the loan processed. Everything was at ease and was smooth. We ended up closing even earlier because we finished our paperwork before the sellers.
