Rep Calros called my phone and when I asked him to identify the company her worked for he refused, I then advised him not to call my number again he stated that he would call anytime as many times as he wants. and hung up on me. I have reached out to this company to give them a chance to fix this before I contact the BBB

Well, to start off the switchboard operator at this company is horrible. Then when she finally sends you to the right person and you leave a message no one ever calls you back. I have left at least 2 message per week since I filed the claim and not one call has been returned. I submitted an insurance claim back in mid October and still have not heard nothing from them. This company.. apparently does not care about its customers. When will corporations finally realize that the customers determine how long they stay in business? Here are some competitors that do take care of their customers, World Finance, First Franklin, Sunset Finance. I would try them first and never go to Western Finance~~~~~
