Nice place to bank at.. No long wait or long lines. Manager Brett is a true person. No crazy fees and good interest rates. "Only $5.00 and 5 minutes" to become a member. A ++++++++++

Worst bank to use.

Applied for an auto loan sometime back, of course it was declined due to some issues my credit has had with fraud. But instead of anyone taking the time out to call me or respond to my email, they decided to say nothing, then there cards (debit or credit) are notorious for being compromised. I haven't pulled out of the credit union yet but I need to asap. The reason for the 2nd star the staff inside the loop 306 branch is respectful bUT the staff at the other branch are a joke. Wow then I email the VP Brett he replies with "thanks" no sympathy whatsoever, not a care in the world just another number...
