Since i chose not to have an accout here i cash my check weekly and im treated like a criminal , to the point that i had to put a complaint with corporate against the assistant mngr , total different experience at the garland branch,very polite and professional.

This Branch does note have people of truth, This past monday i had a situation with my account. I call the Branch and Mr Mario Murano attended my call and after a while talking i explain to him that all i want it to know was if the account that my wife close was going to keep affecting me. His word were that after the withdrawl that they charge from my account that nothing else was going to be taken out since the account was totally close. I notice today that another withdrawl was done to pay the account that Mr Mario Murano told me that i was not going to have any other problems. I call the Rowlett Branch today and Mr. Mario Adranza attended me on the call. and when i explian the situation he did know anything because they don't write notes. I ask to talk to the Manager in charge and Mrs Linda Johnson answer the phone and when i expain to her the situation she cover for Mr Mario Mudrano by saying he did not said what i heard him say. This Wells Fargo from Rowlett have people with no dignity how can you trust a bank that when you traying to resolve a problem they tray to make you look bad

This branch's employees have always been courteous and willing to help with any questions. It's usually not crowded as well.
