BB&T in Round Rock, TX

don't be in a hurry because you will be late. one person helping people one person sitting in her tush ignoring the fact that people are waiting. I will be going to a different branch from now on. as of right now I've waited 15,min.

Wish I could give less than one star. Stear clear, far, FAR away from BB&T. This is not only the worst bank I've ever used (I've only used two including them...), but probably the overall worst company I've ever done business with. Going into the branch always guarantees a wait since they only ever have one person doing anything. The others retreat to their offices to avoid doing any actual work and/or chit chat rather than tend to waiting customers. And you're probably waiting because the one working teller can't do their job and is on the phone with BB&T's own horrendous customer "service" line. There's also a $400 ATM LIMIT AT YOUR OWN BANK. I opened a checking account and it took them 3 times to actually properly send a permanent card. The banker who assisted me at the time (took her sweet time with every single thing she did) did not even have me set up a PIN for my new card. So when I tried activating the card they finally had properly sent me, I get locked out and have to go into battle with their customer service line, one of if not the worst call centers in the world. You're going to be waiting a while, and the representatives love to hang up on you once you get disconnected. I was told after several attempts to talk to someone (and yes they have an automated system that will do everything it can to shut you out and not let you talk to a human) that I would have to be sent a 'PIN mailer' which I've never needed to do, and I know they're sending it to the wrong address. Luckily we woke up to find a random 'BB&T Phone 24 Charge' that deducted $2.00. Just learned that you get two 'free' calls a month to talk to a person, after that, they charge you. They say nothing about this anywhere in their branch nor in their automated system, nothing. There aren't even any surveys or anything because BB&T knows they're terrible and knows everyone would probably drive them out of business if they allowed something like a survey. All you can do is 'email the CEO' which may as well almost mean nothing. BB&T, again, is the worst company of any kind that I've ever dealt with. I'm looking forward to the day I close my account. They definitely don't deserve to be in business.

This is the WORST bank ever.... Go the other way, go to another bank but don't come here. I've never had a bank as bad as them ever! I've only had the bank for a month and they took over $200 from me, than they closed my debit card usage without my permission and my account is not even negative. I'm so pissed I can't even pay my bills and I live over 50 miles from the bank so I can't withdrawal any money to pay my bills this is absolutely ridiculous.
