TDECU in Rosenberg, TX

I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service and horrible professionalism. Usually when you walk in to any establishment they will greet you with a smile or a simple hello, but I got nothing, right then and there I should have left. I came into fill out a credit card application with the promise that they were going to touch basis with me immediately, mind you that was around 11 am, I heard nothing from them that entire day. So the next day I called TDECU customer service to inquire about my application and they told me that my application was not on file and that they were supposed to open up an a members account which the Rosenberg location did not inform me about. So I immediately went to the Rosenberg location to cancel my application, which they never even processed!! This bank clearly cares nothing about their new customers. My word of advice is to find nicer bankers, where your business is appreciated!

My experience with TDECU has been Great so far I've been with this bank for over two years. They have been very informative and very helpful in helping me build my credit. At this location they were able to help me with my loan and credit application without any problems. Thank you TDECU for helping me along the way. Would Love to get their credit card soon.
