Wells Fargo Bank in Roanoke, TX

Horrible customer service experience! The teller didn't listen to what size debit payment I needed to make which was the reason for the deposits and transfers. This caused problems back at our office. The 1800 # told me I had to go back to the branch to resolve this issue due to size. Back at the bank the branch manager was smug and condescending. Then I was told I had to pay $10 for a cashiers check? Since 2002 we have always gotten these for free! After 3 hrs I made it all work. I tried to close all 4 accts. And our line of credit. I was told I had to "come back tomorrow if you still want to do that"...THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO DO! PISS POOR! Moving everything to Chase with our other business accts.

If you are looking for a bank that talks out of both sides of their mouth, gives misleading information, drafts money from your account to cover another random account with a similar name, and won't apologize for any of it then this is the bank for you! Management is a joke to say the least. He has no idea what his employees are doing and promising and is a condescending jerk.

Worst customer service. There is no point for the sign in sheet becsuse the bankers will take anyone that walks up to their desk in complete disregard for other customers patiently waitingfor help. Seems like no one here knows what they are talking about. Seems like every visit I am promised something that turns out cannot happen. This bank location is very misleading in what services they are actually able to provide their customers.

I received fantastic customer service when I walked in this afternoon. They took care of me quickly and efficiently, and Loretta was super friendly and polite.

They treat you well from the start and smile a lot. That give out lollipops when you go there and that place is really cozy
