Extremely poor service both in the bank and with the call center. A large deposit to our account was lost and the staff's attitude was that it was our problem and not theirs. On another occasion we were left on hold for over 20 minutes. The "banker" never did come back on the line. I guess she just didn't want to be bothered. It took several attempts to close our account because no one processed the paperwork the first time. The staff is consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. This used to be a great bank back in the old days before it became Wells Fargo.
