I recently opened an account at this bank. Within less than 30 days I have to say this is the most unfriendly, non customer service, non policy knowing bank I have ever banked at in my life. The branch manager Riz Shariff doesn't listen to his customers at all. This also explains why some of the staff, like Rosa Cantu, ignore your question and can't give you a direct answer. This bank is not customer service driven AT ALL!! True its open 7 days a week, but why be open on the weekends if the personnel don't or can't answer your inquiry because a manager isn't present?!? Reconsider if you are looking for a bank. I am. Its my money, I'm not rich, I don't think its too much to ask to be treated with respect and have CLEAR understanding how YOUR bank works.

I saw the comment about Mr. Riz Shariff and I could not disagree more. He was extremely helpful and a great resource to have. Definitely someone who you want on your team!
