Amegy Bank in Porter, TX

Tried to use their ATM to deposit cash into my account, something that is supposed to be a convenience to me. The machine errors and doesn't deposit my money into my account. They proceed to tell me that its not their atm (mind you this is the atm in their drive thru, at their branch) and there is nothing they can do. They will not give me my money back until someone comes out next week to count the machine and find the discrepancy. What am I supposed to do for money until then, not their problem, they can give me a credit for the amount but whatever I use has to be put back in the account by midnight because they are going to pull the money at midnight and any overages I will have to pay for because the problem is not an error on their part. WTF!!! Your bank, atm in your drive thru, the one you told me to use and you are not at fault. Now, Second thing, there was a guy in the parking lot that comes up and says he had been working on the atm all day and couldnt get it to work right. AGSIN WTF!! Where is the out of order sign? Amegy says its not their machine so they can't put a sign on it, so they will continue to screw over every person who tries to use it until they can get someone to fix it next week. There is no guarantee they will find a discrepancy and return my money to me either because again they don't own the ATM. So I am out my whole two week paycheck and will do without due to their stupidity. Thanks Amegy, wont be with yall much longer.

Been with the same bank since 1983 ,great service and very nice people.
