If you use the ATM, it says it will cost you $4. If you continue, they will charge you again with an additional service charge that is not mentioned. The organization is a thief and a liar if they need to deceive just to make a few more dollars. I certainly wouldn't want them as my bank... if they will lie and steal for a few dollars imagine what they would do for more.

I have banked here for about 2 years. I have never had a problem with them. They rarely charge any fees. As for the ATM fees that are referenced in the review above, the bank refunds ATM fees up to $20 a month, even for ATMs not within their network. I have had 2 disputes in 2 years, and they have always been kind, and diligent in finding the mistake, and have corrected it and issued a refund all with a friendly smile. This is a bank that remembers their customers, and greets them by name. This is a bank that even goes as far as to give hand signed cards for Christmas as a show of appreciation. After having been burned by several of the "big banks", I am truly grateful to be a customer at Valuebank Texas. I even moved my business account there. Keep it up!

For what we use the bank for it works great. We have a checking acct, but have the card to get cash. No checks or anything else. Very friendly and always helpful. We are winter texans and it is nice to have a bank here and not carry large amount of cash all the time. We have had this bank for five years and never had a problems. Thanks
